1. Platform Fees

A platform fee is required from businesses who wish to initiate direct communication and collaboration with influencers. The fee grants access for a limited duration based on the chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.

2. Refund Policy
  • Non-refundable: All payments made to PAOIndia.com are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if the user is unable to access paid features due to technical faults caused by the platform itself, and only after internal verification.
  • No refund for change of mind: Refunds will not be granted for change-of-mind or unused access.
3. Subscription Expiry
  • Once your account is deactivated, subscription benefits will remain available for 15 days.
  • If not reactivated during this period, the subscription will be considered expired.
  • Returning users must make a new payment to regain access after expiry.
