We serve as a facilitator — we do not represent or manage influencers nor do we guarantee any marketing results or outcomes.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using this platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You are using the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Subscription and Platform Access
  • Free Registration: All users can register on the platform at no cost.
  • Paid Access: Businesses must pay the applicable platform fee before gaining access to influencer contact details and collaboration features.
  • Grace Period: If your account is deactivated, your subscription remains active for 15 days. If not reactivated during this period, the subscription and access will be terminated.
  • Reactivation: Users who wish to rejoin after subscription expiry must complete a new payment.
4. User Responsibilities

As a user of PAOIndia.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Refrain from harassing, misleading, or exploiting other users.
  • Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
  • Abide by all payment terms and avoid attempting to bypass platform systems.

Violation of these responsibilities may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account.
